The following improvements to the grant MANAGE site are introduced with this release: - Budgets linked to programs: This feature allows administrators to link budgets to specific program/s. This will limit what budgets are available for selection when allocating funds to an application, and will allow program specific users to see a funding overview for their program/s. - Financial delegation for payment approvals: This feature enables administrators to set a financial limit for each user on payments they can approve. - Media export: A new export type will be available for media files attached to applications, either as a bulk action export, or separately from the export button for each application on the files tab. - History - contact type: The contact type will be listed for payees on the history tab when updating a decision. - From now on, whenever SmartyGrants team has planned a system outage a user notification will appear at the top of the screen 60 minutes prior to the outage. - The form editor now correctly handles questions that have an empty string as question text, instead of showing the word "null". - Revised Trial Terms of Service document has been uploaded onto the SmartyGrants website.
The following improvements to the grant APPLICANT site are introduced with this release: - From now on, whenever SmartyGrants team has planned a system outage a user notification will appear at the top of the screen 60 minutes prior to the outage. - Deleting a row with multiple file attachments form a grid will no longer cause an error. - Form names are now being correctly word-wrapped in a PDFs. - For NZ accounts using the single line address question, when applicants select "Can't find my address" they will now see fields that are more relevant to them.
